Planning your visit
Before coming, contact us so we can make your visit as convenient as possible:
- Places in the research room being limited, we invite you to book your visit at least 5 working days in advance.
- If you already have the references of the archive documents that might be of interest to you, communicate them to us at least 5 working days before your visit, in order to ensure the availability of the material. Indeed, our archive repository is located outside Brussels.
- If you have no references, or if this is your first visit, let us know about your project; this will allow us to help you as well as possible. You will receive a response from us within 15 working days.
- Procedure for accessing the Commission buildings (following the reinforcement of security measures): once an appointment has been made with our service, you will be invited by e-mail to log into the V-PASS application via EU Login and provide certain personal data.
