This investment aims to provide vocational training to 4,000 refugees in Greece. The full measure notably involves a comprehensive set of actions to facilitate the integration of refugees into the labour market through (a) a mapping of the educational background and professional skills of the beneficiaries of international protection, (b) linguistic and intercultural training, (c) job counselling, (d) vocational training, (e) apprenticeship and traineeships in firms to help trainees acquire work experience and (f) certification of professional skills acquired aimed at further assisting beneficiaries in accessing job opportunities.
