The project aims to strengthen the financial resilience and literacy of Slovenian residents and enable them to achieve and maintain their financial well-being in times of unpredictable economic and social change.

The project will contribute to the strategic development of financial literacy, in particular in the areas of personal and family finance management and debt management, personal and family financial planning and future savings, and knowledge of risks and preventive behaviour against abuse or fraud.

This will encourage socially responsible behaviour, reduce the risks of individuals’ financial activities and make an important contribution to the stability and development of the economy and finance.

The project will result in a development of a comprehensive, diverse and high-quality digital library to support the implementation of financial literacy programmes for adults.

The digital library will include a guide for providers of adult education programmes in the field of financial literacy, covering all modules of public programmes and 19 e-materials aimed at participants in adult education programmes in the field of financial literacy.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 254,000, the total value of the investment. The project started in October 2024 and will be finalised in December 2025.
