The objective of this investment is to reduce the digital divide in Croatia by increasing national broadband coverage with gigabit connectivity in areas where there is insufficient commercial interest, in line with the National Framework Programme for the Development of Broadband Access Infrastructure.

The investment aims to ensure that households and main socio-economic drivers in areas where there is insufficient commercial interest (NGA white areas) have access to gigabit connectivity networks.

The investment is meant to include around 20 projects of local government units covering around 700 000 inhabitants and around 124 000 households.

This investment shall be completed by 30 June 2026.
