Information concerning complaint 2005/4316

(2008/C 24/03)

The European Commission has sent individual replies to 5 registered complaints from Austria and 6 registered complaints from Germany concerning the exceeding of PM10 limit values in certain zones or agglomerations in these Member States. In both countries these individual complaints were followed by mass complaints. The acknowledgment of receipt was published in OJ C 147, 17.6.2005, p. 20, and OJ C 233, 22.9.2005, p. 2.

The Commission informs the complainants that a response to the mass complaints has now been published under:
