Closure of complaint CHAP(2012) 710

By the acknowledgement of receipt including the pre-closure notice published in OJ C 230, 1.8.2012, p. 12 regarding multiple complaints on the exchange of former Italian national currency against euro banknotes and coins (reference CHAP/2012/710) complainants were informed of the result of the Commission’s examination of their complaints and of its intention to proceed with the closure of the dossier.

Given the absence of a response from the complainants within the indicated time period from the publication of the pre-closure notice and for the reasons explained therein, the Commission hereby confirms that their complaints are closed on the date of publication of this notice.
