Mass complaint — Infringement 2006/4524 — AUMSA

Hereby the complainants in these proceedings are informed that:

1.

the complaint they have submitted relating to the creation of mixed companies by AUMSA (public company of the municipality of Valencia), is being dealt together with own initiative Case 2006/2366, relating to the creation of mixed companies by IVVSA (public company of the regional government of Valencia);

2.

on Joint Cases 2006/4524 and 2006/2366, the Commission sent a reasoned opinion to the Spanish authorities on 23 September 2008;

3.

a journalistic summary of the position of the Commission in those proceedings is published in the Press Release Website of the European Commission:
