Regulatory Scrutiny Board opinions on evaluations and fitness checks

The Regulatory Scrutiny Board issues positive or negative opinions on the quality of major evaluations and fitness checks.

How it works

The Regulatory Scrutiny Board issues positive or negative opinions on the quality of major evaluations and fitness checks. They include recommendations for Commission services on how to improve draft reports. In case of a negative opinion, the Board considers that the report is not fit for purpose and should be revised. It is then up to the lead Commission service to decide whether to resubmit the revised report to the Board.
