Description :

The European Commission is looking at the possible merger of the three security operations centres that currently exist, i.e. the Duty Office, the Guards Dispatching and the Control Room into an Integrated Security Operations Centre (ISOC).

This has been identified as a way to improve the efficiency of the response to security and safety emergencies, taking also into account the latest developments in the field of crisis management and business continuity planning (BCP) in the Commission.

The objective of this call for tender is to provide the European Commission with a feasibility study regarding the creation of an ISOC.
