Luxembourg’s recovery and resilience – Supported projects: Nation-wide investment scheme

The measure references mentioned below are those contained in the Annex to the Council Implementing Decision approving the Recovery and Resilience Plan for Luxembourg and allow for easy identification of the measures

Support scheme for charging points

(reference D.1 in the Luxembourgish Recovery and Resilience Plan)

Deployment of a network of charging points for electric vehicles across Luxembourg. Businesses installing new charging points receive financial assistance. The first 29 projects from 19 companies are already selected and being built, and the second call for projects is open until the end of May 2023. By the end of 2025, 2,600 charging points supported by the scheme will be operational. The investment amounts to EUR 30.5 million.

FutureSkills

(reference A.1 in the Luxembourgish Recovery and Resilience Plan)

With the investment of EUR 1.5 million, the FutureSkills programme helps jobseekers get into the job market by providing relevant soft, digital, and managerial skills through online learning and apprenticeships. More than 400 jobseekers participated in the programme. Although the project within the Recovery and Resilience Plan is completed, new jobseekers continue benefitting from the e-learning licenses acquired through the project.

MyGuichet

(reference G.1 in the Luxembourgish Recovery and Resilience Plan)

MyGuichet is an app for administrative proceedings between the public administrations and citizens and businesses. Thanks to the investments, new services are gradually added to the app, including applications for state aid or hunting permits. In the second half of 2023, the app will offer virtual appointments. The Recovery and Resilience Plan invests EUR 0.86 million in the app.
